Concentrate on Reaching New heights, the Sales Team Shows off Their Talents

In order to enhance team cohesion and inspire fighting spirit, our company's sales department organized all members to go to Mount Tai Scenic Area this Saturday to carry out a mountaineering team building activity with the theme of "climbing to the top and creating more achievements". This activity aims to strengthen team cooperation awareness through outdoor challenges, while conveying the company's concept of "healthy life and efficient work" and accumulating energy for sprinting annual goals.

On the morning of the event, 16 employees of the sales department were ready to go. Under the leadership of the department head, the team was divided into different teams and launched a collaborative competition with the goal of "all members reaching the summit". On the way, interesting sessions such as "knowledge quiz" and "task punch-in" were set up. The questions covered company product knowledge, sales skills and industry trends, which consolidated professional capabilities while teaching and entertaining. Faced with steep mountain roads, the team members supported each other and shouted slogans to boost morale, fully demonstrating the sales team's style of "not fearing challenges and facing difficulties head-on". After nearly 3 hours of climbing, all members successfully reached the summit.

This mountaineering activity is not only a physical challenge, but also a spiritual integration. New employee Xiao Wang said with emotion: "At first I was worried that I would not be able to keep up physically, but my teammates encouraged me all the way, which made me realize that the power of a team far exceeds that of an individual." Many senior sales staff also said that the activity brought colleagues closer together and laid the foundation for subsequent business collaboration.
