Before starting the machine, you need to check the oil quantity and quality in the box. It is usually filled before leaving the factory, but you need to choose the appropriate lubricating oil according to the climate in different places. During daily maintenance, it is necessary to check various components regularly, and change or refill oil promptly as needed: various bearing parts, motors, differential modulator front gears, feeding reduction motors, extruders, etc. Turn off the main power, check and clean the conditions in the entire expansion chamber: gear wear, spindle coupling transmission mechanism wear and alignment, spiral surface materials, etc., replace wearing parts in time, and clean residual materials to avoid agglomeration and mildew. changes or cross-contamination between materials.

The electrical system needs to be equipped with the most basic protection devices: grounding protection, thermal relay protection, insulation protection, and be maintained by professionals.
